20 years of investment banking expertise, starting his career in New York working for international banks, including Merrill Lynch and Bank of New York, handling private equity transactions and ADR programs for Eastern European clients, and later supervising the most high profile investment deals in former CIS countries, including IPOs of Vympelcom and Rusal, restructuring of Rostelecom, and leading investments of Vnesheconombank for years in a row.
